You could, in fact, twerk your a**, have fun, and get a good workout all at the same time. A WTF dance class is more than fitness, WTF is a place of safety, community, and female empowerment, a place to let your inhibitions fly. We believe in good vibes and lifting one another up. We believe in love, friendship, support and most importantly, we believe in popping that booty.
