WORK THE FLOOR dance fitness classes are set to popular unedited music such as rap, hip hop, and R&B in a room filled with bumping bass and club lighting. We use music video choreography combined with powerful calisthenics to give you the ultimate hour-long workout. 


No experience? No problem! We use expert cueing with routines that are easy to learn and repetitive in order for guests to catch on quickly and get the most out of their workout!
