Body Fitness is a strength and conditioning body weight workout taught in follow-the-leader format. Classes are 30 minutes in length and comprised of 8-10 routines. Routines are typically 3-5 minutes long and paired with unedited music. Some routines are performed on the floor and will require a yoga or exercise mat.

Routines use a high energy blend of cardio and calisthenics in a way that is repetitive and easy to follow. Moves include jumping, burpees, planks, crunches, sit ups, squats and more.

Routines target different areas of the body but do not vary in intensity. Routines are designed to be vigorous and challenging. 

Calisthenic routines are paired with unedited music but generally do not include dancing. Therefore, no dance experience is required.

The instructor uses verbal and nonverbal cues to lead class

  • Yoga or exercise mat is required, we do not have extra.

  • Check in opens 15 minutes prior to class start.

  • Class begins promptly at the time listed.

  • Unless otherwise stated, classes are held in dark rooms with LED lighting.

  • The room temperature is kept cool. If needed, please bring a jacket to wear while waiting for class to begin. (You WILL get hot and sweaty during the workout so we don't suggest warm workout clothing)
